| What can I do if it is too cold or too warm in the apartment? | You can adjust the temperature via the control panel by approximately ±3 °C.

| Is MOOI suitable for guests with reduced mobility? | There are no specially equipped accessible apartments at the Biel location. However, the building has a lift, so all floors are generally accessible. |
| Is an extra bed available? | No, additional beds are not available. In the Superior apartment, a sofa bed can be prepared for one additional person. |
| Is there a designated smoking area? | Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building or in the apartments. Smoking is only allowed outside the building and in the courtyard. |
