Our elegantly furnished apartments offer you everything you need for temporary living in Zurich. Enjoy restful nights in a cosy queen-size bed and start the day full of energy. The studios have a well-equipped kitchenette with hob, dishwasher and fridge, so you can prepare your favourite dishes at any time.

The inviting dining table is perfect for shared meals and cosy evenings. Stay connected with free WiFi throughout the house and enjoy your favourite shows on the flatscreen TV.

For additional comfort, there is a sofa or alternatively a comfortable lounge chair and a walk-in shower in the stylish bathroom.

Our Residence Apartments are the perfect temporary home. Measuring between 60 and 62 square metres, they have a large living and dining area, a separate bedroom with a workspace, a kitchenette and a modern shower room.

We answer the most frequently asked questions about our long-term apartment rentals near Zurich.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can check in from 15:00. You should check out by 10:30 am on the day of departure. Would you like to arrive earlier or leave later? No problem. You can book an early check-in or late check-out for an additional CHF 10 per hour (up to two hours).

Is it possible to store luggage before arrival or after departure?

We do not offer any facilities to store your luggage.

What types of apartments are available?

Our aparthotel in Schlieren has 52 Basic, 26 Comfort, 10 Superior and 2 Residence apartments.

Are there any barrier-free rooms?

Three of our apartments are barrier-free.

Do the apartments have baby cots?

If you are travelling with a baby, we will be happy to provide you with a baby bed. Please contact us at least one day before your arrival.

Are dogs allowed in the apartments?

Dogs and other pets are not allowed in our apartments.

What shopping facilities are there near the apartments?

There is a Lidl supermarket in our building which is open Monday to Saturday from 07:30 to 21:00. You will find everything you need to make your temporary stay in Zurich even more pleasant.

Is there parking at the hotel?

You are welcome to park your car in our underground garage. The parking fee is CHF 10 per car per day. If you stay at least 28 days, the fee is CHF 5 per car per day.
